Our History

The founder of the non-profit group is Mr. Mohsen Emami- Alireza’s (Shahab) Father. Dedicating years of his work to the growth of the fruit business and gaining notable success and recognition in the field, he would always seize opportunities to offer a helping hand to those in need.  His ambition to find a way to help the deprived and his social responsibility towards other members of society finally led to the establishment of the Non-Interest Fund in 1996 and the Charity Foundation in 1999 forming Fund and Charity Complex in a small building in Shahid Beheshti Street-Tehran. After a while and by developing services, the center moved to a newly purchased building in Khorram Shahr Street-Tehran. Whereas services in this complex were developing day by day in light of the support and pure intention of its benevolent members, the center moved to the existing location in 2002 and after reconstruction launched its activities in medical services (Emergency, Dialysis, Dental) and charity services (non-interest fund, dowry, food parcels, cultural, charity box).

Having retired from the business sector, Mr. Mohsen Emami dedicated all his time and effort to the growth of the non-profit sector. Working along with a group of other humanitarians with shared belief, together they were offering their unconditional service to the deprived.  Due to his aging, some years ago all these responsibilities were transferred to his older son Alireza (Shahab). And it was only the favor of God to this family. Considering the rising number of clients and people welcoming this center, it was necessary to provide more space for each unit to provide better services.

Therefore, in 2012 Shahab decided to set up an 8-story building based on required standards by hiring expert and consultant engineers to provide separate standard space for each unit. Finally, in 2016 the complex officially restarted its activities in the new building. Both legal establishments have formed a board of trustees that have a pledging oath to monitor and control the activities of the units and make sure they act towards their unified goal. The center is managed by a board of managers. Each of the six units has a beneficent manager from complex members admitting responsibility based on their experience and profession.

Our Vision and Mission

  1. To build and strengthen the helping culture in our society and act as a benchmark towards others who are willing to establish similar foundations. As an example we should point at special consideration of the powerful foreign companies to this center during their trip to Iran. In 2015 an Italian delegation from Italy Food and drink Industry Federation along with Mr Luigi Scordamaglia Executive Director of the Federation had a business mission to Iran and visited this complex. They expressed their satisfaction and willing to set up a similar complex in their country.
  2. To gain spiritual satisfaction through offering help to the deprived
  3. To fulfil our social responsibility to the society
  4. Maintain our position as the first and best national non-profit medical center for treatment of special diseases-Dialysis. In 2008 our efforts were recognized and awarded by the government
  5. To study and decide on other humanitarian activities to be done on top floors of the complex which are flat ready
